The company specializes in products with religious applications and is a direct importer of these products from their Manufacturers in Korea and China. We have been in this business since August 2005 and our customer base includes but is not restricted to the entire North America and West Europe. We endeavor to bring to our customers the latest and most innovative products in this line.

Our Order Processing, Shipping and Sales tax policies are outlined below:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving a confirmed order. Payment should be received by us before an order is processed.

Pay using VISA or Mastercard on the secure servers of Yahoo. We do not get your Credit card information - just the payment notification.

If you have a Paypal account, you may use it to make the payment or use any of the major credit cards to process the payment through the Yahoo-Paypal Payment processing system. Just click the Order Now button and Yahoo-Paypal will walk you through the payment process.

If you wish to pay through a Money Order or Cashier's Check, you may write it to Rifshen Enterprises and mail it to the address given below.

Once the package is shipped a tracking number will be sent to you as an email notification. USPS Priority Mail offers only Delivery Confirmation not real time progress of the package.

Rifshen Enterprises is not responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise during shipment. In such cases, customers should contact the Customer Services department of the concerned courier.

The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination. However a shipment within the 48 contiguous states of America takes
approximately 2-3 business days with USPS - Priority Mail which is the most common method selected by majority of the customers.

Important: California residents are required by law to pay 8.75% Sales Tax. Residents of
other states are not charged Sales Tax.

Warranty, Returns and Refunds


Various products sold on our site come with a 6 months to one year Manufacturer's
warranty. The details of the warranty are found in the brochure accompanying the
product. Products on which Warranty is offered by the Manufacturer is also
mentioned under the relevant listing.

We, as sellers do not provide warranty but are always ready to help our valued
customers get their money's worth. Hence, if an item purchased through our website
is found defective or malfunctioning in the first 14 days of the invoice date, we will
either replace the item with a new one or if a replacement is not available we will
refund the full amount minus the shipping cost. However, prior permission is
required before mailing back the item to us. We request our customers to check the
functioning of the item on arrival. DOA (Defective on arrival) cases are easier to
handle with Manufacturers.

Please write to admin@islamicdigitals.com describing the nature of the problem.
We will then provide you an RMA to ship the item back to us at your cost. If the item is
found to have the problem described by the customer either a new item will be
shipped at our cost or if a replacement is not available the cost of the item will be
reimbursed to the original source of funds.

If an item malfunctions after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer whose
address is found on the manual accompanying the package. If you have problem
you may write to us and we will render whatever help we can. Some Manufacturers
authorize the Seller to handle Warranty issues on their behalf. In such cases, we will
make the replacement on behalf of the Manufacturer.

If the item is returned to us and is found to be functioning normally, we will charge
20% re-stocking fees before making the refund.

Please note that the Manufacturers do not offer Warranty on toys (Quran teacher) or
other stuff meant for the kids.
